Supported Independent Living
Welcome Home
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS funding that provides supports for people with disability who would like to live independently. Australian National healthcare can provide the service in your own home or at one of our own supported independent living homes.
Supports are often 24/7 and can assist each resident with their daily life at home & in community including:
Personal Care and Hygiene
Household Task
Transportation
Meal Preparation
Community Outings
